Hellarion Meneses was busted in Kissimmee, Fla. after he sexually assaulted a minor under the age of 13 between 2004 and 2006, Union County
Prosecutor William A. Daniel, Elizabeth Police Director Earl Graves, and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca said.
Meneses had fled Union County after being charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said. He was arrested by the Osceola County Sherriff's Office and is in custody, awaiting extradition, authorities said.
